Dianne Wilkerson

Dianne Wilkerson has devoted her professional career to fighting for equity, fairness and justice. Her legal career was marked with precedent setting victories integrating public housing in Boston, securing the largest settlement against HUD in the history of the agency and representing thousands of Black senior homeowners in a 2nd mortgage scam that threatened to destabilize an entire community. Her legislative career was highlighted by first in the nation: CRA in Insurance law, state run commission to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities, comprehensive anti-predatory lending bill and the only profiling bill to cover race and gender as well as an impressive list of economic and equity policies that endure to this day.. She continues her effective advocacy now focused on economic development and wealth building, voting rights and criminal justice reform.
